Prices displayed on the Site exclude U.S. sales tax unless otherwise stated.

Where required by applicable law, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address provided by the customer and will be displayed before the order is submitted.

U.S. customers will not be charged additional import duties upon delivery.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to products, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability. 5. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship orders within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.

Orders are generally processed within 4–7 business days. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 6–13 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you. Any purchase made through this store is made directly with Zenbotanique. Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Zenbotanique or for the fulfillment of orders placed with us.
