How to Brew Herbal Tea: Ginseng Goji Berry Tea and Jasmine Dragon Pearls

Brewing tea is a simple way to create a quiet pause in the day.

The right method depends on the type of tea and the product you are using. Zenbotanique Ginseng Goji Berry Tea and Jasmine Dragon Pearls use different water amounts, temperatures, and steeping times.

For the best result, use a clean mug, teapot, or glass teacup and follow the instructions for the specific product.

What Is Herbal Tea?

Herbal tea, also called a tisane or herbal infusion, is made by steeping botanical ingredients such as flowers, leaves, roots, seeds, or berries in hot water.

Traditional herbal infusions are different from green tea because they do not come from the Camellia sinensis tea plant.

Ginseng Goji Berry Tea is a herbal tea blend, while Jasmine Dragon Pearls is a hand-rolled green tea with fresh jasmine blossom.
